\nZumba incorporates easy-to-follow Zumba cho reography that focuses on range of motion and coordination. This class is appropriate for all levels--Laurie will demonstrate everything for both st anding or seated participation. Participating while seated is perfect for active\, older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recr eates the original moves at a lower intensity. You may also do the class s tanding\, if you prefer\, or switch off between either option. The pilates portion of class incorporates breathing\, stretching and strengthening fo r the whole body!
\nRegistration is required. If attending virtually \, a link to the Zoom meeting will be included in your confirmation email (sent after you register) and a reminder email (sent one day prior to the program).
