 n Family Health Team physiotherapist Anne&nbsp\;Svetik-Jones. Hear about t
 he different types of arthritis\, their diagnostic criteria\, treatment op
 tions\, and self-management strategies. And then spend the rest of the hou
 r enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversation.</p>\n<p>Please arrive 1
 0 minutes before the walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We w
 ill then move to the outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just 
 opposite the south entrance\, facing New Street.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wond
 erful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking abi
 lity to participate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire w
 alk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, 
 and walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, 
 which is provided at the start of the walk.</p>\n<p>Presented in partnersh
