 rogram is specifically targeted to children&nbsp\;<em><strong>5 years old 
 and up</strong></em> who have some ability to read aloud on their own.</p>

 d to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children 
 attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adu
 lt. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompan
