 ionate art therapist/psychotherapist\, committed to supporting clients tow
 ards transformative change. I am passionate about intergenerational healin
 g and work with those embracing a growth mindset\, ready to shift their li
 fe trajectory. I bring over 15 years of experience successfully supporting
  individuals dealing with depression\, anxiety\, trauma\, attachment\, int
 ergenerational issues\, grief and loss. I have worked in a&nbsp\;variety o
 f clinical and community settings including residential treatment\, commun
 ity health centres and clinics\, women's shelters and long term care. I am
  enthusiastic about holistic care\, creativity and the healing powers of n
 ature. With warmth and empathy\, I provide a non-judgemental space\, where
  you can explore\, grow\, and transform at your own pace. In my therapy of
 fice\, you can expect personalized sessions exploring your strengths\, nav
 igating challenges\, and developing practical strategies for lasting chang
