For the past three decades\, \;Hospice \;Waterloo Region has been supporting people and their loved ones thr ough life-limiting illness\, death\, and bereavement through a number of c ommunity programs\, and in the past three years they have expanded their s upport to include a 10-bed \;hospice \;residence. However\, most p eople really don&rsquo\;t know what \;hospice \;palliative care is and/or how they can support someone who is dying and their loved ones.
