 tober 17\, 18 and 19. The public will vote on their favorite pumpkins on O
 ctober 21\,22 and 23. All pumpkins must be picked up at the library no lat
 er than Monday\, October 28.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Contest Guidelines:<br />&bull
 \; You may use an artificial or real pumpkin<br />&bull\; No Carving<br />
 &bull\; If your entry starts to rot or ooze\, it will be discarded<br />&b
 ull\; Nothing too gory<br />&bull\; One entry per person<br />&bull\; Priz
 es will be awarded for age and type categories<br />&bull\; Be creative! Y
 ou can use paint\, paper\, beads\, feathers\, markers etc.<br />&bull\; Do
