Anyone who has returned home from prison i s invited to join a 10-week guided peer support group to help navigate the barriers and obstacles\, and celebrate the successes\, of re-entry.

Participants will:
-Identify a healthy goal and make a personal c ommitment to achieving it
-Learn the Habit Triage process
-Crea te a routine schedule that supports their personal commitment
-Create a budget/financial plan
-Commit to one healthy leisure hobby/activi ty

Graduates will receive:
-A certificate of completion
-A letter of reference
-Eligible for scholarship to become a certifi ed Peer Support Specialist (COCC)
