  up to two documents per person per session. This service is not intended

  verifies the identity of the signer or signers. Notaries are not licensed
  to practice law and are not allowed to draft legal records or give advice
  on legal matters\, including immigration.<br /><strong></strong></p>\n<p>
 </p>\n<p><strong>What to Bring:</strong><br />-All correctly filled-out\, 
 but unsigned documents. Documents must be signed in front of the notary. <
 br />-Current signed photo identification (such as: driver's license\, pas
 sport\, U.S. military ID card\, or ID card issued by federally recognized 
 Indian Tribe) for all parties involved OR a friend with such ID to vouch f
 or requestor's identity. <br />-Any required witness or witnesses. Witness
 es must be known to the signor and may not be solicited from library patro
 ns or staff. Witnesses must also have valid\, government-issued photo iden
 tification.<br /><strong></strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>Limitations:</
 strong><br />-Services are limited to two documents per person per visit<b
 r />-Services are not available for commercial businesses. <br />-Notary c
 annot sign documents in languages they do not understand. <br />-Notary an
 d the requester must be able to communicate directly with each other\; tra
 nslators are not permitted.<br />-Birth Certificates\, Death Certificates 
 and Marriage Certificates cannot be photocopied and notarized.</p>\n<p>Not
