 end Library on the first and third Thursdays of the month to provide free\
 , limited services for the public on a drop-in basis. The notary will sign
  up to two documents per person per session. This service is not intended 
 for commercial businesses.</p>\n<p>A notary public is a state official who
  verifies the identity of the signer or signers. Notaries are not licensed
  to practice law and are not allowed to draft legal records or give advice
  on legal matters\, including immigration.</p>\n<p><strong>What to Bring:<
 /strong><br />-All correctly filled-out\, but unsigned documents. Document
 s must be signed in front of the notary.<br />-Current signed photo identi
 fication (such as: driver's license\, passport\, U.S. military ID card\, o
 r ID card issued by federally recognized Indian Tribe) for all parties inv
 olved OR a friend with such ID to vouch for requestor's identity.&nbsp\; <
 br />-Any required witness or witnesses. Witnesses must be known to the si
 gnor\, be over 18-years-old\, and cannot have a beneficial interest in the
  documents being signed. Witnesses must also have valid\, government-issue
 d photo identification.</p>\n<p><strong>Limitations:</strong><br />-Servic
 es are limited to two documents per person per visit<br />-Services are no
 t available for commercial businesses. <br />-Notary cannot sign documents
  in languages they do not understand. <br />-Notary and the requester must
  be able to communicate directly with each other\; translators are not per
 mitted.<br />-Birth Certificates\, Death Certificates and Marriage Certifi
 cates cannot be photocopied and notarized.</p>\n<p>Notaries reserve the ri
 ght to decline service if the document(s)\, identification\, or circumstan
 ces of the request for notary service raise any issue of authenticity\, am
