Your dream journal can have one objective or two: 1) ex plore your subconscious as you chronicle your sleeping dreams - understand your emotions and thoughts\, reveal patterns themes and symbols\, and eve n improve your memory\; and/or 2) unleash your creativity as you journal y our imaginings\, goals\, ideas\, memories\, mental wanderings\, etc. Beaut iful\, fun art papers\, inks\, stamps\, and a notebook will be provided fo r participants to create the journal of their dreams!

Tools\, mate rials\, cardstock\, and decorative papers will be supplied\, but if you ha ve a cutting mat and/or a craft knife (X-acto blade)\, please bring them.< /p>\n

About the Presenter: Kristin Darnell discovered a love of paper crafting and bookmaking upon her retirement to Central Oreg on in 2014. She especially likes discovering and encouraging the inner art ist and sharing the creative experience with others.
