  the community of Newark\, NJ. What began as a bookstore has evolved into 
 a community center that centers Black art\, Black literature\, culture\, a

 IMAN KAMANDA</strong>&nbsp\;is an award-winning filmmaker and social entre
 preneur from Sierra Leone\, West Africa. Ali runs BIKO Studios\, a cross-c
 ultural film production company and is the President of Salone Rising\, a 
 not-for-profit organization that provides micro-financing and mentoring re
 sources to small business owners in rural Sierra Leone.</p>\n<p><br /><str
 ong>JORGE REDMOND</strong>&nbsp\;currently works in the Buncombe County (N
 orth Carolina) District Attorney&rsquo\;s office as an Assistant District
