  neighborhood and scenic bike path along the Fox River.</p>\n<p>The Skelet
 on Trot will showcase community diversity while raising funds to support t
 housands of residents served by both School District U-46 and the Gail Bor
 den Public Library District\, the partners for the event. Both are registe
 red 501(c)(3) organizations.</p>\n<p>The race is open to participants of a
 ll ages\, ability levels and backgrounds.</p>\n<p>Registration closes Octo
