\nWhen the results are counted and winners declared\, some people w ill rejoice\, while others will be distraught. With a focus on building re silient communities\, three local experts in civics and community building will share their thoughts on how community members in our region can move forward and work together after the election\, regardless of the results.
\nGeared toward guests of all ages\, this panel was developed with SAGE (Senior Advocates for Generational Equity) a non-partisan\, non-profi t organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting people to work across generations to build a brighter future.

Amy Sabbadini is the Civics Learning Proje ct&rsquo\;s Regional Program Manager for the Central Oregon area\, and a N ational Board-certified social studies teacher with decades of classroom e xperience. She currently serves as an instructor in OSU-Cascades&rsquo\; M aster of Teaching program and has been mentoring emerging professionals fo r years. Amy led Oregon Writing Project workshops for teachers over many s ummers and enjoys educator collaboration and curriculum development.

Dan Duggan : \;After a 30-year career leading high-tech organizations\, Dan began a 17-year career as a leadership consultant for small to medium-size d companies. He believes if each of us stop when agitated or discouraged a nd examine our underlying beliefs around our current situation\, we will a lways find a way through to a place of groundedness and peace. He finds he loves helping others discover that we all have way more in common than se emingly intractable differences.

Kellen Klein is Executive Direc tor of Citizens4Community (C 4C) &ndash\; a nonpartisan nonprofit \;that fosters a connected commun ity in and around Sisters by encouraging civility\, collaboration\, and ci vic engagement.
