 teaches garden and food history at the Waterloo Region Museum\, and as a b
 oard member of the Pollinator Partnership Canada&nbsp\;helps build the mov
 ement to preserve pollinators. He is a past president of the Culinary Hist
 orians of Canada\, and delights in explaining how we can learn about futur
 e food sustainability by remembering past lessons.</p>\n<p>Presented in pa
