 p>Yoga can help ease back pain\, increase flexibility\, and gain strength.

  sleep. You don't have to bend like a pretzel to do yoga. If you can breat
 he\, you can do yoga. Give it a try!</p>\n<p>About the Instructor:&nbsp\;R
 enee is a graduate of the Veterans Yoga Project Mindful Resilience yoga te
 acher training. Yoga was not &ldquo\;love at first sight\,&rdquo\; so she 
 has a diverse background. She enjoys meeting people &ldquo\;where they&rsq
 uo\;re at\,&rdquo\; recognizing we&rsquo\;re all different in physicality 
 and experience.&nbsp\; Yoga helped Renee find greater acceptance of self. 
 She is engaging and enjoys helping students feel empowered. Renee is a Mar
 ine Corps veteran\, artist\, and an animal foster-mom. Her favorite place 
 to relax is the Little Spokane River.</p>\n<p>By attending library program
 s\, you are agreeing to potentially appear in photos/videos taken at our l
