Rev. Dr. Robert R.A. Turner is a millenni al who is passionate about his calling to serve this &ldquo\;present age&r dquo\;. Graduating Cum Laude from the Honors Program at the University of Alabama for his Bachelor&rsquo\;s degree\, Dr. Turner continued his educat ion at Interdenominational Theological Center&rsquo\;s Turner Seminary in acquiring a master&rsquo\;s degree in Divinity\, graduating with honors. H e received his Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary. He is a proud lifetime member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity\, Inc. and lo cally a member of Baltimore Alumni Chapter. He is a son\, brother\, cousin \, uncle\, husband\, dad and friend. \;
\nDr. Turner served as P
astor of the historic Vernon A.M.E. Church\, in Tulsa\, Oklahoma\, which h
as the only edifice that survived the 1921 Race Massacre on Greenwood. As
the Pastor of Vernon\, Dr. Turner helped to lead the fight for justice for
the victims of the 1921 Race Massacre. His leadership roles spanned acros
s different sectors during his time of ministry as the Academic Dean for J
ackson Theological Seminary\, National African American Reparations Commis
sion\, and Advisory Board of the Blackburn Institute\, University of Alaba
ma. Dr. Turner was a member of the 2023 Class of Leadership Baltimore and
serve on the Board of Directors for the Baltimore Children and Youth Fund.

Presently\, Dr. Turner is the Pastor of Empowerment Tem
ple A.M.E. Church in Baltimore\, MD\, continuing his passion and work in s
upport of kingdom building\, the empowerment of his parishioners\, and out
reach to the community where every month he marches 40 miles from Baltimor
e to the White House for reparations. Dr. Turner serves as a guest lecture
r\, life coach\, trainer\, presenter\, facilitator &\; motivational spe
aker focusing on racism\, community development\, grassroots organizing\,&
nbsp\; faith-based community involvement\, and civic engagement and is an
author of the recently published \;Creating a Culture of Repair.
