Researching your family&rsquo\;s history i s an open-ended project that deepens your understanding of who you are and how your ancestors got you here. The project will be challenging\, someti mes exciting\, sometimes frustrating\, but it should always be engaging an d fun. \;
\nThis class reviews time-tested strategies for tracin g and documenting your ancestry including building your family tree with e xisting information\, evaluating and using online sources\, and keeping yo ur research organized. \;
\nPrior to the class\, registrants wil l receive handouts that contain a class outline\, recommended strategies a nd sources\, some standard forms for collecting information\, and an invit ation to take a few useful steps before the class meets to personalize and enrich your class experience.
\nBruce Earnley is a long-time Andove r resident and life-long genealogist. \; Bruce has successfully comple ted Boston University's certificate program in genealogical research. \;
