 rtisan civic holiday dedicated to celebrating democracy. The Toledo Librar
 y and an array of community groups will join thousands of national\, state
 \, and local organizations to drive attention toward voter registration as
  part of the holiday. To ensure Lucas County residents are ready to vote\,
  various community partners will conduct voter registration outreach at di
 fferent Library locations on Tuesday\, Sept. 17 for National Voter Registr
 ation Day. Participating community organizations include the League of Wom
 en Voters Toledo-Lucas County\, NAACP Toledo\, and Beta Phi Beta.</p>\n<p>
