  up with the color work patterns of your choice.&nbsp\; Our meet-ups will

 nd tricks. This is an excellent time to learn from one another\, share wha
 t you know and create a beautiful custom stocking (or two) for the holiday
 s!&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>This KAL is a series\, held on Tuesdays\, Sept 17th\, 24
 th\, Oct 1st\, Oct 8th\, and Oct 15th at 10:00am.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>C
 lass Duration</strong>: 5 parts\, 1 3/4 hours per part</li>\n<li><strong>A
 ge Requirements</strong>: Adult</li>\n<li><strong>Recommended Prerequisite
 </strong>: Must know how to cast on\, bind off\, knit\, purl\, increase\, 
 decrease\, knit a small circumference in the round (on small circulars\, D
 PNs (double pointed needles)\, or using Magic Loop)\, and read a colorwork
  chart.</li>\n<li><strong>Required Skills</strong>: Someone who can follow
  most patterns with ease\, is able to read stitches and charts\, and to wh
 om working in the round is no longer a challenge.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>
 Required Materials</strong>:&nbsp\;Students must bring own materials to co
 mplete the project:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><strong>Pattern</strong>: Basic ge
 neric Stocking patterns will be available&nbsp\;<em>Please Note: Students 
 must bring colorwork ideas/picture to create custom stockings.</em></p>\n<
 /li>\n<li>Yarn: Depending on size\, Approx 250 yards of size 4/medium weig
 ht yarn for main color (standard lengths\; approx. 15 yds extra for each a
 dditional inch of knitted length)</li>\n<li>Yarn: Contrasting colors can e
 ach use approx 65 - 150 yds&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Needles 1: Size appropriate f
 or yarn choice (4 mm) (16" circular needles if knitting in the round)</li>
 \n<li>Needles 2: dpns if knitting in the round</li>\n<li>Round/ring and lo
 cking stitch markers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><em>Note</em></strong>: Knitt
