 About the Authors</h5>\n<p><strong>John Lawrence Reynolds</strong>&nbsp\;i
 s the author of 40+ fiction and non-fiction books&mdash\;including BPL's 2
 013 One Book One Burlington featured title\, <em>Beach Strip</em>&mdash\;a
 nd one of Canada's most successful ghostwriters. After an extensive advert
 ising career alongside stints as a musician\, photographer\, and on-air ra
 dio host\, his first novel\, the critically acclaimed 1989 mystery\,&nbsp\
 ;<em>The Man Who Murdered God</em>\,&nbsp\;was followed by a lengthy list 
 of titles\, including several ghost-writing projects. Among numerous liter
 ary honours\, he has won three Arthur Ellis awards for Best Mystery Fictio
 n. He wrapped up his Beach Strip trilogy with the release of <em>Beach Blu
