 . Philip Atkins received his PhD in Human Services Administration from Cap
 ella University in 2014 and has a post-graduate certificate from the Weath
 erhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Mental H
 ealth Executive Leadership. He has worked in behavioral health since 1988 
 and served as a clinician\, prevention educator\, administrator and consul
 tant. He currently serves as the Chief Care Coordination Officer for Harbo
 r\, headquartered in Toledo\, Ohio\, where he oversees a wraparound implem
 entation project serving nearly 700 families. He teaches at the doctoral l
 evel\, focusing on human services\, program evaluation\, qualitative resea
 rch\, substance abuse treatment and prevention\, and community-based resea
 rch. He was recently appointed to the National Advisory Council for the Ce
 nter for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP). He has extensive experience wi
 th service coordination\, behavioral health treatment\, and prevention ser
