 \, Sydney Palinkas has been the RAFT Dementia Education and Outreach Coord
 inator. Sydney is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker and Certified Dementia
  Practitioner. Previously Sydney worked at the ElderSAFE Center\, a progra
 m supporting older adults who have experienced abuse\, neglect\, or exploi
 tation. Sydney also has experience in long-term care\, hospice\, and senio
 r centers. RAFT is the Regional Older Adults Facility Mental Health Suppor
