  sleep. You don't have to bend like a pretzel to do yoga. If you can breat

 &nbsp\;</strong>Renee is a graduate of the Veterans Yoga Project Mindful R
 esilience yoga teacher training. Yoga was not &ldquo\;love at first sight\
 ,&rdquo\; so she has a diverse background. She enjoys meeting people &ldqu
 o\;where they&rsquo\;re at\,&rdquo\; recognizing we&rsquo\;re all differen
 t in physicality and experience.&nbsp\; Yoga helped Renee find greater acc
 eptance of self. She is engaging and enjoys helping students feel empowere
 d. Renee is a Marine Corps veteran\, artist\, and an animal foster-mom. He
 r favorite place to relax is the Little Spokane River.</p>\n<p>By attendin
