Join the Park Rangers in nature journaling &\; look at nature through a
new lens. Explore the gardens and plant life surrounding the library\, ma
king observations\, and using your creative side to put them onto paper. P
articipants will have the chance to observe\, sketch\, and write about the
beauty of nature that can be found right downtown! This activity will tea
ch participants about the value of documentation\, as well as art\, within
science and how taking a closer look at the small forms of life around us
can change our perspective on the world. This interactive and educational
program is perfect for budding naturalists\, artists\, and outdoor enthus
iasts.
