When you ground yourself\, you r educe stress\, anxiety\, and even built-up anger. The act of nurturing a l iving thing and watching it grow can also be a tremendous source of pride and fulfillment. It's a combination of the physical and the spiritual work ing together to provide a sense of peace and tranquility.

Celebrate the joy of gardening with us as we celebrate the last pu blic presentation by The Inland Empire Gardeners. After 30 incredible year s that catapulted many passionate gardeners into a gardening frenzy and ma de unforgettable memories for meeting attendees\, the Inland Empire Garden ers will dissolve as a club. \;
