Teen Advisory Board (TAB) \;is a group of teenage volunteers who advise and collaborate with the library staff o n programs\, services\, and resources that are relevant to teens. The prim ary goal of a Teen Advisory Board is for teens to have a voice in shaping the library's offerings\, ensuring that the library remains engaging and r esponsive to the needs of its younger customers. Members share ideas\, hel p plan teen events\, suggest new books or media\, and make a difference in the community\, all while developing leadership and teamwork skills.

The Teen Advisory Board provides a safe platform for teens to openly i dentify\, discuss\, and advocate for youth-related needs in the library an d community. TAB is open to teens in grades 9 through 12 as of fall 2024 w ho live or attend school in the Pickerington/Violet Township area.
