This immersive experience will be led by f ully costumed hosts from The Murder Mystery Co. Costumes are encouraged\, but must be library appropriate and kid-friendly. Additional props and som e costume pieces will be provided. This program is a part of One Book\, On e Community.
\nThe theme of this murder mystery is "Til Death Do Us Part: All is Fair in Love and Murder." This theme is rated PG-13.
\nThe birds are chirping\, the sun is shining\, but the wedding bells ar en&rsquo\;t ringing for this not-so-happy couple when a member of the wedd ing party is murdered! With a raging bridezilla and an unenthused groom on the scene\, it may be happily never after in this nuptial nightmare. Trad e clues with your guests and help the hapless couple figure out whodunnit so they can say I do before the wedding hour passes them by! The bride and groom aren&rsquo\;t picky\, so you can wear just about whatever you&rsquo \;d like. In fact\, we encourage you to wear your own wedding dress or the most ridiculous wedding attire you can come up with. It&rsquo\;ll make th eir special day that much more special\, so long as they actually get the chance to walk down the aisle!
\nWhile the program starts at 6: 30 PM\, we will open th e doors early for this program at 5:30 PM. This additional hour is for mingling with other attendees and the performers. Character roles are limited\, and optional. There are 14 available character roles. These roles will be assi gned first come\, first served\, starting at 5:30 PM. If you would like to take on a character role\, please plan to arrive early to get into charac ter and receive instructions from the performers. Particip ants who do not want to take on a character role will be split into teams to try and solve "whodunit."
