 ting out\, everyone is welcome. From superheroes to villains\, anime chara
 cters to video game legends\, we want to see your best interpretations. Wi
 n amazing prizes and bragging rights! Open to all ages.</p>\n<p>To enter t
 he cosplay contest\, you must register onsite. Registration will open at 1
 0:00am--look for the registration table outside of the Center Room. Entran
 ts will be judged in two divisions: <strong>Youth</strong> (ages 17 and un
 der)\, and <strong>Adults</strong> (ages 18 and up). Prizes will be awarde
 d to the top scoring entrants in the following categories:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>
 Best Book Character</li>\n<li>Best Craftsmanship</li>\n<li>Most Original</
 li>\n<li>Best Group Cosplay <em>(this category will have a single <strong>
 All Ages</strong> division)</em></li>\n<li>People's Choice <em>(this categ
 ory will include all contest entrants--no divisions)</em></li>\n</ul>\n<p>

 rong>These cosplay guidelines will apply to all who are costumed or cospla
 ying at <strong>LibraryCon!</strong>\, not just contest entrants.</p>\n<p>
 Contest entrants should have a digital or printed reference image of the i
 nspiration/source character(s) ready to show the judge(s) during the conte
 st.</p>\n<p>If you are cosplaying or costumed\, you are welcome to walk in
  the parade even if you are not entering the cosplay contest. The parade w
 ill begin shortly after 1pm. The starting and ending point will be the Cen
 ter Room. The parade will make a loop around the upper level of the librar
 y. After the parade\, cosplay contest judging will commence in East/Center
