Get out\, get active\, and enjoy all the b enefits that come from walking! This session is led by Burlington Family H ealth Team Physiotherapist Anne \;Svetik-Jones. First\, she explores a variety of back conditions and how they are diagnosed and treated. And th en spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and lively conversat ion.
\nPlease arrive 10 minutes before the walk. Meet us near the fi replace at Tansley Woods Branch. We will then move to the outdoor space at Tansley Woods\, facing the grassy field just in front of the library park ing lot (just south of Upper Middle).
\nWalking is a wonderful form of physical activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to par ticipate in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for part of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companions are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, which is pr ovided at the start of the walk.
