 p>\n<p><strong>About the presenter</strong>: Rachel Ferrier has been worki
 ng in watercolor for about eight years now. She also draws\, paints with a
 crylic\, makes books and pottery\, crochets\, and more.</p>\n<p><span styl
 e="color: #008000\;"><strong>Registration opens&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</strong></sp
 an>&nbsp\; March 1 at 9:00 am (closes March 11). Registration is required.
 </p>\n<hr />\n<p>These workshops are very popular and "sell out" quickly. 
 Here are the details:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Classes are limited&nbsp\; &n
 bsp\;</strong>to 40 participants.</li>\n<li><strong>There is a small waitl
 ist&nbsp\; &nbsp\;</strong>&nbsp\;in case there are last-minute cancellati
 ons.</li>\n<li><strong>Craft supplies&nbsp\; &nbsp\;</strong>&nbsp\;are pr
 ovided.&nbsp\;</li>\n<li>Light Refreshments will be provided for "Happy Ho
 ur" from 6-6:30 pm.</li>\n<li>Instruction will begin promptly at 6:30 pm.&
