 it looks like\, reignite your passion for taking care of YOU by joining us
  for this special candle-making workshop!</p>\n<p>We'll engage in some lig
 ht movement (so bring a yoga mat!)\, set intentions around self-love and d
 iscuss ways we can make sure we prioritize&nbsp\;our daily\, weekly &amp\;
  monthly self-love rituals. The deepest relationship you'll ever cultivate
  is the one with yourself--maintenance matters!</p>\n<p>Candles are made o
 f all-natural soy wax + recycled wine bottles &amp\; have an approximate b

 ="" /></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Kaija Marshall</strong> is a yoga instruct
 or\, birth &amp\; postpartum doula and holistic workshop facilitator. She 
 earned her Master&rsquo\;s degree in Social Work from San Diego State Univ
 ersity in 2015\, her 200 RYS Yoga Instructor certificate in 2016 and her B
 irth Doula &amp\; Postpartum Doula training in 2019. She currently serves 
 growing families as a doula all over Bend. Before moving into the perinata
 l sphere\, she worked at Girl Scouts San Diego as an Evaluation Specialist
 \, Camp Counselor &amp\; Outreach Program Leader\, all while moonlighting 
 as a nanny for families in San Diego county. She firmly believes in the pu
 rpose of play\, and seeks to encourage mind\, body &amp\; soul connections
  through movement\, productive dialogue and authentic connection. She beli
 eves that data synthesis and gut feelings both have a place in decision ma
 king-- this is also reflected in her background: a unique mix of higher ed
 ucation &amp\; holistic training-- and this foundation allows her to help 
 folks bridge the gap between institutional &amp\; instinctual knowledge to
