How do you show yourself love? Is it sensual &\; sweet (like a hot bath &\; a good book) or purposeful & amp\; fast paced (like a brisk run &\; a deep clean session). Whatever it looks like\, reignite your passion for taking care of YOU by joining us for this special candle-making workshop!

We'll engage in some lig ht movement (so bring a yoga mat!)\, set intentions around self-love and d iscuss ways we can make sure we prioritize \;our daily\, weekly &\; monthly self-love rituals. The deepest relationship you'll ever cultivate is the one with yourself--maintenance matters!

Candles are made o f all natural soy wax + recycled wine bottles &\; have an approximate b urn time of 60 hrs.

Kaija Marshall \;is a yoga instructor\, birth &\; postpartum doula and holistic workshop facilitator. She earned her Master& rsquo\;s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University in 2015\, h er 200 RYS Yoga Instructor certificate in 2016 and her Birth Doula &\; Postpartum Doula training in 2019. She currently serves growing families a s a doula all over Bend. Before moving into the perinatal sphere\, she wor ked at Girl Scouts San Diego as an Evaluation Specialist\, Camp Counselor &\; Outreach Program Leader\, all while moonlighting as a nanny for fam ilies in San Diego county. She firmly believes in the purpose of play\, an d seeks to encourage mind\, body &\; soul connections through movement\ , productive dialogue and authentic connection.
