Each session contains a quick breathing exer cise\, an art activity\, and the opportunity to reflect on the experience\ , share their work\, and learn from others in the group. Designed by Casey Knuth\, M.S.Ed\, LMHCA of Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana (MHA NI)\, and led by a representative from MHANI. MHANI is an advocacy and edu cation non-profit organization founded in 1954 whose mission it is to prom ote the mental and emotional health of the community by offering advocacy\ , education\, support services\, and hope.
