 tive for people who may not be able to perform other exercises easily due 
 to their health condition\, or personal preference. Chair Yoga invites you
  to find mobility in a way that is soft and gentle but also really support
 ive and beneficial. These classes involve seated poses using the chair for
  support as needed. As with any exercises\, participants are advised to ch
 eck with their doctor before attending the class. They are also advised to
  wear comfortable clothing.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Sandy has been a student of yog
 a for over 30 years and teaching for about 10 years in and around Kent.</p
 >\n<p>This event is intended for adults. Registration is required due to l
