 enefits that come from walking! This session is led by&nbsp\;Physiotherapi
 st Amanda Baxter. First\, learn what a tendon is\, what a tendon injury mi
 ght look like\, and how to prevent one. After the talk\, enjoy the rest of
  the hour with a healthy walk.</p>\n<p>Please arrive 10 minutes before the
  walk. Meet us in Centennial Hall in the library. We will then move to the
  outdoor space at the Central Park Rose Garden\, just opposite the south e
 ntrance\, facing New Street.</p>\n<p>Walking is a wonderful form of physic
 al activity and we encourage all levels of walking ability to participate 
 in this event&mdash\;whether you complete the entire walk or join us for p
 art of the journey! Walking devices\, mobility aids\, and walking companio
 ns are welcome. All participants must sign a waiver\, which is provided at
  the start of the walk.</p>\n<p>Presented in partnership with the Burlingt
