Welcome to Creativity. This workshop will immerse you in the creative process. Dr. Gnezda will guide you through wri ting prompts\, idea development\, and accompany you as you write a piece o f your own. There will be tips about how to encourage creative curiosity\, kick-start your writing\, keep yourself in the flow\, and face-down write r&rsquo\;s block. Join us for a trip through the mystery and magic of crea tive writing.
\nDr. Nicole Gnezda (Niki) is a writer\, artist\, spea ker\, and educator with a Ph.D. in creativity studies. Included in her bod y of publications is the book\, \;Teaching Difficult Students: Blue Ja ys in the Classroom \;(Rowman and Littlefield)\, professional articles \, and poetry published in \;Ohio Bards Poetry Anthology\, Common Thre ads\, Crone Magazine\, \;and \;Uppercase. \;Niki makes bobbin lace with her ancestor&rsquo\;s bobbins\, paints\, cooks\, and travels. Sh e believes creativity takes life apart and reassembles it in magnificent w ays. It gets us through and sometimes heals us.
