  by library staff member Rachel Ferrier. When not at the library\, waterco
 lor is her primary medium. She also draws\, paints with acrylic\, makes bo
 oks and pottery\, crochets\, and more.</p>\n<p><span style="color: #008000
 \;"><strong>Registration opens&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</strong></span>&nbsp\; May 1 
 at 9:00 am (closes May 13). Registration is required.</p>\n<hr />\n<p>Thes
 e workshops are very popular and "sell out" quickly. Here are the details:
