We&rsquo\;ll be tasting through a flight of 4 sparkling wines\, including a French Cré\;mant\, Italian Lambrusco\ , Italian Prosecco and Spanish Cava with light appetizer pairings. Instruc tion will include an introduction of sparkling wine methods and how they v ary across Europe. Attendees will also receive 10% off the purchase of any wines poured for the evening and attendees wearing their favorite ugly ho liday sweater get a bonus 10% off any wine purchases for the evening!

\nJanice Bell is the owner of Arome. She is a gourmet food enthusiast who grew up on a s mall family farm in the heart of the Willamette Valley. She developed her love of gardening and cooking at an early age on the farm\, but started he r career and spent about 10 years as a civil engineer after attending Oreg on State University. In 2016\, she pivoted and pursued her dream of bringi ng unique and high quality gourmet foods and kitchen wares to Hood River\, Oregon and opened the first location of Arome in early 2017. Janice loves the unique knowledge the every customer brings to the store and enjoys le arning about each person's flavor preferences\, travels and journey in coo king.
