 ynopsis</p>\n<p>R.H. Bird grew up in Fishkill\, New York\, graduating with
  a degree in Business Administration which led him to a career as a stockb
 roker-- first on Wall Street and then in Honolulu\, Hawaii. Upon returning
  to New York as a senior executive\, he witnessed the 9/11 attacks from hi
 s office window and decided to move his family across the country to Las V
 egas. About 15 years ago\, he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Unabl
 e to work full time\, R.H. retired from the brokerage business and took up
  writing non-fiction. After writing and publishing reference textbooks for
  financial companies\, he switched gears to YA fiction. His first novel "P
 romposal" was traditionally published in 2024 and&nbsp\;stemmed from an id
 ea he had from a writing retreat. The sequel "Last Prom Standing\," will b
 e published in 2025.&nbsp\; R.H. currently lives in Las Vegas with his wif
 e and three daughters. He loves traveling\, alpine skiing\, scuba diving a
 nd volunteering at his local church.&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Free&nbsp\;admission &
 amp\; open to the public. Seating is first come\, first served and may be
