 re the perfect exercises for people of all ages and physical abilities. In
 corporating slow movements\, proper posture\, and mindful breathing &mdash
 \; tai chi and qigong provide many benefits when practiced regularly. Tai 
 Chi is one form of exercise qigong and is a low-impact\, weight-bearing pr
 actice and internal martial art. Qigong\, which means energy cultivation\,
  includes a variety of movement\, meditative\, and medical practices.&nbsp
 \;</p>\n<p><strong>Wear exercise shoes and comfortable clothes\, and bring
  a water bottle.</strong></p>\n<p>Nancy Gardner is a certified instructor 
 of tai chi\, kung fu and qigong\, a licensed massage therapist and polarit
 y therapy practitioner. A professional in her field for nearly 40 years\, 
 Nancy teaches a weekly tai chi and qigong class in Fairlawn and offers uni
 que programs for groups and organizations\, various library branches\, and
  the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.</p>\n<p><strong>Contact the Business\,
