 growth\, ensuring characters feel authentic and relatable. The session wil
 l also examine the importance of character motivations\, desires\, and int
 ernal conflicts\, revealing how these elements drive the story forward.&nb
 sp\;Participants will learn techniques to ensure that every character\, no
  matter how small their role\, contributes to the emotional depth and comp

  is an author\, writer of women's fiction\, developmental editor\, and boo
 k coach who empowers women and underrepresented authors through her platfo
 rm\, Her Narrative. With a focus on telling the stories of women finding t
 heir voices and unapologetically going for what they want\, Charlotte weav
 es authenticity and empowerment into every story she writes and supports.&
 nbsp\;With years of experience in crafting compelling stories\, Charlotte 
 combines editorial expertise with compassion to help writers develop their
  unique voices and narratives. As a recognized public speaker and book jud
 ge for competitions such as the Independent Publishers of New England\, Li
 terary Arts PDX\, and the Women's Fiction Writers Association\, she has es
 tablished herself as a leader in the publishing industry.</p>\n<p><strong>
 Central Oregon Writers Guild's</strong>&nbsp\;mission is to provide Centra
 l Oregon area writers a forum for mutual support and education through mee
 tings\, annual events and workshops. Our goal is to advance growth and suc
 cess for individual writers of all genres and skill levels. Founded in 200
 2\, the Guild is a non-profit organization\, run entirely by volunteers.</
 p>\n<p>Guild meetings take place on a monthly basis\, where we feature gue
 st speakers\, panels\, member readers and small group interaction\, with t
