 ! We will explore journaling through assigned journal prompts\, the writte
 n word\, and reflection. It will be a safe atmosphere and sharing is optio
 nal. In this program the focus will be on the benefits of journaling and h
 ow to use writing prompts.</p>\n<p>The focus will be on manual writing met
 hods and materials used include: paper pencils and drawing tools. You must
