 rvices (ONS) is turning 25&mdash\;and you&rsquo\;re invited to celebrate a
  quarter century of grassroots community building at a special edition of 
 Lilac City Live!\, Spokane Public Library&rsquo\;s late-night talk show.</
 p>\n<p>Since its founding\, ONS has helped shape Spokane&rsquo\;s 29 neigh
 borhood councils&mdash\;empowering residents and business owners to work t
 ogether\, speak up\, and make real change in their communities. This miles
 tone honors the partnerships and people who make Spokane&rsquo\;s neighbor
 hoods vibrant\, resilient\, and uniquely local.</p>\n<p><strong>The evenin
 g begins with a 7pm pre-party </strong>where you can participate in activi
 ties and stations to win prizes\, enjoy a community resource fair\, and vi
 ew historic neighborhood displays. <strong>The main show starts at 8pm</st
