Winter seed sowing - what is i t? \; Starting seeds in a mini-greenhouse outdoors in the winter!  \; It is a propagation method used throughout winter where temperate clima te seeds are sown into protective vented containers and placed outdoors to foster a timely naturally timed high percentage germination of climate-to lerant seedlings.
