 ity vigil and rose ceremony in honour of the National Day of Remembrance a
 nd Action on Violence against Women.</p>\n<p>The vigil will begin at 5:00 
 PM in Meet 1 of the Central branch of the Kingston Frontenac Public Librar
 y. It will commemorate the lives of the fourteen women murdered in the Mon
 treal Massacre at Ecole Polytechnique in 1989. The event will also honour 
 the lives of other women from Kingston and the surrounding area who have b
 een killed through gender-based violence.</p>\n<p>The event will include l
 ive music and speakers.</p>\n<p>The event will move outdoors at 5:45 PM to
  the yard of the Cathedral Church of St. George for a candlelight vigil.</
 p>\n<p>Join us before the vigil\, in Meet 1\, from 4:00-5:00 PM for refres
 hments and a chance to socialize.</p>\n<p>Though drop-ins are welcome on a
  first-come first-served basis\, registration is encouraged.</p>\nhttps://
