 ">Youth Empowerment Project (YEP)</a>&nbsp\;have contributed pieces inspir
 ed by One Book One New Orleans' 2024 selection\,&nbsp\;<em>Black Creole Ch
 ronicles&nbsp\;</em>by&nbsp\;Mona Lisa Saloy. These contributions were com
 piled into a collection titled&nbsp\;<em>New Orleans Chronicles</em>.&nbsp
 \;<em>New Orleans Chronicles</em>&nbsp\;are the students' stories\,&nbsp\;
 told in their words\, about their lives\, their neighborhoods\, and their 
 city.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Contributors will read their pieces\, followed
  by a book signing. All in attendance will receive a free copy of the book
 . Refreshments will be provided.&nbsp\;This event is free\, family-friendl
