 ll be judged by local bakers and the Director of Westlake Porter Public Li
 brary in both an Adult and Junior (12th grade and under) category at 2 p.m
 . in the lobby. Prizes will be awarded to the top baker in each category.<
 /p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amateur bakers only</li>\n<li>All cookies must be submitted
  in disposable dishware. Dishware will not be returned.</li>\n<li>Cookies 
 must be submitted between 1:00&ndash\;1:30 p.m. on December 15\, 2024.</li
 >\n<li>Please list all ingredients/allergens on entry form at check in. In
 gredient measurements do not need to be disclosed.</li>\n<li>All parts of 
 the cookie must be edible</li>\n<li>Cookies will be judged on Appearance\,
  Aroma\, Flavor/Taste\, Originality\, and Texture</li>\n<li>Winners will b
