 ation with the most foundational indicator of life-long success: the abili
 ty to read.</p>\n<p>&nbsp\;</p>\n<p>Over 30% of Summit County&rsquo\;s you
 ng people currently aren&rsquo\;t reading on grade level.</p>\n<p>Together
