 ram is specifically targeted to children&nbsp\;<em><strong>5 years old and
  up</strong></em> who have some ability to read aloud on their own.</p>\n<
 p>Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited t
 o participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children att
 ending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
  Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanyin
