 ilitator\, editor\, and award-winning author best known for her inspiring 
 memoir\,&nbsp\;<em>A Few Minor Adjustments</em>\, which<em>&nbsp\;Publishe
 r&rsquo\;s Weekly</em>&nbsp\;called &ldquo\;a story of gut-wrenching deter
 mination and perseverance.&rdquo\; She is a two-time winner of the San Die
 go Memoir Showcase and teaches at several writers&rsquo\; conferences and 
 retreats.</p>\n<p><strong>Central Oregon Writers Guild's</strong>&nbsp\;mi
 ssion is to provide Central Oregon area writers a forum for mutual support
  and education through meetings\, annual events and workshops. Our goal is
  to advance growth and success for individual writers of all genres and sk
 ill levels. Founded in 2002\, the Guild is a non-profit organization\, run
  entirely by volunteers.</p>\n<p>Guild meetings take place on a monthly ba
 sis\, where we feature guest speakers\, panels\, member readers and small 
 group interaction\, with topics of interest to writers at all skill levels
